Turned out to be another lower single digit day after the heat wave on Saturday. Went up the main Bear Canyon trail and then took the trail that vears to the south about 2.5 miles in. Took that a little past the point where it starts going downhill and then turned back. If I knew what I was doing, I would have kept going as it loops around. Ran into Monique, friend and dog on the way out, they weren't too wild about the cold either.
Conditions - As typical here, buffed out due to traffic the first mile and a half or so (see upper pic), then it turned into a cross country trail through the woods.Ski - Karhu Dorado 185
